Shipping

Where do you ship?

 Loop ships globally!

What are your shipping rates and methods?
Shipping within China is free.  For international shipping, we charge a flat fee of USD$25 for orders under USD$100. For all orders over USD$100, shipping is free.

Domestic Shipping Methods (within China/Hong Kong):
  • We use SF Express for most China and Hong Kong SAR shipments.
  • You will receive a tracking number notification via the email you provided with your order.


International Shipping Methods (outside China):

  • We use FedEx, DHL, UPS and SF Express depending on the country of shipment destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number notification via the email you provided with your order.


All international shipments are processed from the Shanghai warehouse and sent to the destination country. Estimated delivery time for global shipments is between 5-7 days during this time of limited international flights, not including Customs clearance. Delivery time may also exceed the estimate provided at the time of checkout for rural or remote international destinations, or due to delays in Customs clearance procedures.

Ordering Tips:
- Orders placed before 3pm Beijing Time are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 3pm Beijing Time will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping).
- Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required.

Was my order received? Did my order ship?

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.

Within China – 1-2 business days from placing order

To US – Usually 5-7 business days from placing order, not including any delay in Customs

To EU – Usually 6-8 business days from placing order, not including any delay in Customs

All other countries – depends on shipping zone

What happens if my order is incorrect, damaged or incomplete?

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly, incomplete or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@loopswim.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. 

Note: Loop Swim does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

 

Returns & Exchanges  

How do I return or exchange?

Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags and swimwear liners attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Loop Swim reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Returns may be initiated within 14 days of the order date for domestic China orders and within 21 days of the order date for international orders.  Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Any exchange and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
In case of a partial return, an initial shipping fee of US$25 will be deducted from the final refund, if the return brings the total order value below the minimum threshold of US$100 (required for free shipping).

We do not offer direct exchanges. Orders can be exchanged by returning for a refund, and submitting a new order.
All returns policies/procedures apply; no refunds or exchanges for sale orders.
I sent my return. When do I get my refund?
Returns normally take up to 5-10 business days to arrive to our warehouse.
Any exchange and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
Refunds are issued within about 7 business days after the package arrives back to us.
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. 
No refunds or exchanges for sale orders.

Sales and Promotions

How can I get special discount codes and promotions?
Sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates, which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must enter the code in the specified “Discount Code” section 

Note: some promotional codes require customers to be logged in for the code to be applied and may not apply to sale items.

 

Can I use multiple codes at once?

Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order.

All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.

Product & Sizing 

How do I know if I’m ordering the right size?
Here's our size chart to help you find the perfect size for any Loop Swim product.  We included USA, UK, Asia, Europe and Japan conversions in our size chart as a reference. Feel free to contact us if you're still unsure of sizing. 

Do your suits run true-to-size?

We will note on the website if a particular style is running small, big or true to size. The majority of our suits run true to clothing size. Our men’s swim shorts tend to run one size small: if you are a 32” men’s waist, we recommend you order the 33” as our suit is not a drawstring elasticated waist.

How do I wash my swimwear?

For all our products, we recommend to hand wash cold and hang dry! Simple as that!
